Made my Daewoo Leganza Way too loud, i messed up i called aero turbine and they said they would take my muffler back for a full refund , then i got this stock crap muffler from meineke and they won't take it back , paid 300 bucks for some kind of noise, i want noise!, will a silencer muffler help a lot of will there still be a lot of noise? Its so loud i cant hear my self think in the car, u can hear me roaring a mile a way lol
Did your remove the entire exhaust, it sounds like it. At the manifold there should be a pipe to the resonator then pipe to the cat then if im not mistaken another resonator then pipe to muffler. the resonator quiet the sound. All you should have done is a flow through cat and muffler, it still would be quite and increase the performance.

I want my car as quiet as possible, and get the best gas mileage possible.
The less I have to put in the tank, the better, and the less noise there is, the more I can enjoy my music inside the car.
Believe it or not, but the exhaust actually helps the gas mileage (intake does too). Also, my car is pretty loud and deep (rumbly).. but when I turn my sound level to almost half way up, I can't hear my exhaust at all.
dno about muffler on gas mileage.. but wanna remove 1-1.5l/100km (sry EU uses that dno mpf or something) yust take off cat and use a straight pipe... on stock line it wont make much more noise but less gas usage

If you're not wasting every gear, your car should have better gas mileage.
I know! That is why I have been looking into less restrictive exhast systems that will still remain quiet.
As for an intake, I may just end up with a generic cone filter like most everyone else, though I may get a mandrel bent tube to go down into the fender well and wrap the tube against heat & noise.
Research, time & money is all it takes to make a car just the way you like.

Get a U Bend from JCWhitney or someplace and just cut and weld it together how you want it.
