Bump.


Anyone? this is really annoying. :roll:

Any type of playier will works if i pull the file from my computer.. but if i go to a website sometimes it wont work. For example the b-motto video on chips site and any videos/music on myspace will not work.

i usualy ignore media that i have to watch through streaming because it sucks... i always open the code for the page then download the media file on my PC then watch it locally, streaming sucks big time even on DSL.

when that happens... i just get pissed and restore my computer to factory settings. because i've had that happen... if you checked all the connections..


completely take them out... pull the speakers out... and 1x1 reconnect them... if you still have the issue and your at wits end.... try restoring your computer to an earlier date that worked.

start> Programs> Accessories > system tools> System Restore.

Or you could just blank format...

try to see if your sound is muted, do you get sound if you play a cd or watch a dvd?

Yeah.. as i said there are only a very select few things that dont work. 95% of the things do work.

it could be a problem wit hthe file incoding... i had some files that WMP 10 with all the codects coudn't open them, MPlayer opened them with no sweat... computers doesn't always follow a logical pattern.
