Let us know when you find a company that can do 5 custom non-prodction pulleys with a new belt for way cheaper. We would be happy to contract out from them.

Tom
I'm not saying that your price is unreasonable, Tom. I just can't spend that much at the moment.
hey tom, are those 6061 or what? i want to make one (if i can) but wanted to know what billet stock you're using. if you don't feel like saying so, i'll figure something out (carbon fiber baby, heck yeah).
Okeeey.....now, who is willing to borrow us they stock Lanos crank pulley?? These are pretty much impossible to get in Canada, as 1.5 DOHC are as rare as C20LET in North America.
Also, since we do not have the Lanos, we cannot dyno-test it. This would have to be done by one of the members.

uhh, i havnt read this whole topic but im pretty sure your ac will work fine at idle.
I have the UD pulley for the 2.0 and the AC is cold at idle on a 110degree F day.. but while cruising its ICE COLD. I also have a stereo drawing alot of power though.. so i doubt you'd have any problem
No problems here and I have the one for the 1.6 Aveo engine. Oh course I may put up for sale this winter, because I may be dropping the forenza 2l in the Aveo. If so then I will be selling my one of a kind L/W U/D crank pulley
