Just go up to some random car in a parking lot and spray away. If it desintegrates the light, then no harm done to you.

But seriously, you can just go to a junkyard and spray it there to see if it works.

I don't think heat should be too big of an issue if it is spray, I'd only be worried if it was actually the stick on window tint. I'd wait at least 3-4 hours for it to get totally dry because it would suck to put it back on and then have some kind of bug get stuck in the still sticky tint.

Well.. i sprayied a bike reflector.. wow.. its DARK. Looks soooo nice.. but im afraid it will be too dark. I did kinda do a heavy coat but still. Im going to try it on the rear-side lights/reflectors first... them move on back if i feel its not too dark. I guess i do have a top mount light.. althoguh its behind limo tint

Spraying it on the inside would be best.. but can you even open up the tail lights to spray the inside of the cover?

if you wanna do it in the inside just follow the procedure for the halos lights. if i was you though i would find another bike reflector or something and count the coats you put on to see what you like best. take a pic of the bike and tell us how many coats you put on then we'll be able to tell easier if you wanna go with that or lighter. then again it is up to you on what you like.

I only put one coat on the reflector and i fear its too dark.. its was somewhat a thick coat though.. although it would look HOT that dark.. but its just not practicle

im just gonna go ahead and do the rear-side lights in a little bit.

Well i completly darked out all 4 lights on the sides.. you cant even see them but when there lite up it hasnt been effected much. So im gonna just try to do a light light coat on the rear lights and light them up.. see how they look and decide if i wanna go darker.

Only problem is.. i have NO idea how to get the tail covers off.. i got the lights out easy.. and theres no screw, bolts, or thingys hold it on.. i dont think it comes off  and i really dont wanna put the tint on the outside and subject it to the weather.

Do you guys think it'll be okay to spray to tint on the outside of the taillights?
