2002 daewoo leganza power button

My power button is currently not working.I have checked the fuses and found no blown ones.I have a flowmaster on the exhaust abd it has 80,000 miles on it.Any ideas on why it isnt working?

some one had the same problem and it turned out to be the wiring socket for the botton... try to check it.

Where is the socket under the shifter?

i think so... i don't have an auto so i am not 100% sure but the guy that reported this issue was having problems with his brakes switch that allows the car to shift from park to neutral or something like that and when he fixed that he found out that his power botton socket was not properly connected.

Could just be a burned out bulb in your dash, or do you actually not feel the different shift points and more agressive down-shifting when you are driving?

Looked under the shifter and seen the wire was crimped(from the shifter movement).Works now.
