air intake for 2002 daewoo legaza

What would be the best air intake for a 2002 daewoo leganza.The air intake that can attach to the oxygen sesor.The daewoo has a flowmaster on the exhaust.Would taking the resonator out of the exhaust have any negative affects?

It would be a bit louder and deeper ( I love it), you'll also gain a few ponnies (not that much).
