Lookin for a Cam cover

OK since daewoous.com now sells parts online they dont sell ALL the parts. So i am hoping that you guys could help me out! I need a cam cover for my 2000 lanos! the one i have exploded and now has a hole in it and needs to be replaced the part number (or so the book tells me) is 96351548. Hope you guys can help out a fellow daewoo owner! Thanks!

LoL, Exploded? What, did a valve or camshaft fly through?

Well, for a fairly large part like a valve cover (I'm assuming the one over the actual cams not the plastic one over the spark plugs) your best bet would be a junk yard where you pull it yourself. It would cost the least and since it is a basic part, you can't go wrong.

Otherwise, just wait for it to appear on Ebay or go to http://www.gm-car-parts.com

Trust me we are working on the junk yards and I have not found one yet. A part of the cam flew out and there was a piece of metal hanging off my car with oil everywhere!! It was HORRIBLE total nightmare. So now I was thinking of weldin it temporarily til I get a cover but i do need a cover asap in order to drive the car...so keep an eye out for me guys!

Ok my question is, what were ya doing that you broke a cam. DAYUM that's rough.

I'll have my blue powdercoated one for sale and a plain one in a few days. Let me know which you want.
