Then again, was it even true that modifying cars was illegal? We need to find this out. It stands to reason though because why else are more performance parts not coming from Korea?
i think it is legal and that there are more performance parts in korea being sold its just the matter of finding it (in hangul) and if they even export their goods. once i re-learn korean i'll start searching to see on this matter but it'll be a while before i can.
