HI, I,M NEW TO THIS SITE,SO I WAS WONDERING IF ANYBODY OUT THERE WOULD KNOW WERE I CAN BUY PART'S BESIDES GOING TO A DEALERSHIP THEY WANTED 100.00 TO PUT A NEW TPS SENSOR ON AND THEY DON'T WANT TO JUST SELL ME THE PART THEY WANT TO DO THE WORK, NO AUTOPARTS STORE'S CARRY DEAWOO PARTS FOR THE 2000 LANOS. SO COULD ANYBODY HELP OUT A POOR BOY FROM REVERE,MA. OR BOSTON,MA. AREA. HELP ME PLEASE!!! THANK'S BOBLAKE59@HOTMAIL.COM

well i know there is a website like gmparts something. but i don't remember the exact address someone should be posting that here soon once they read this. also have you tried a junk yard or anything?

100 USD for a TPS is just insane! i got mine for 125 LE (21.55 USD) and i did the installation myself.

it doesn't matter Acing, how much work is it going to be to do the job? it is a peice of cake really... you just do the following:

1- take off the TPS socket
2- unscrew the two retaning screws
3- remove the busted TPS
4- put on the new one
5- put back the 2 screws
6- put back the socket

you are done... took me 3 min. to do it on a very hot engine so i suppose any one with a screw driver can do it in less than that... my point is the amount of work is so minimal that it can be neglected so you will end up with a TPS costing 100 USD which is too much.

yeah i just found one@WWW.GM-CAR-PARTS. COM. HE SOAK ME FOR $54.70 I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY DEAWOO WERE IT SEEMS LIKE ITS ONLY RUNNING ON 3 CYLIDERS. I PUT IT UP TO A COMPUTER AND IT SAY'S IT,S THE TPS SENSOR I HOPE THIS WORK' THANK'S

If replacing the TPS doesn't fix the problem try swapping out your coil pack with someone else. My woo had a #4 cyl misfire problem and a new coil cured it.
