Is the Lacetti / Reno / Optra 5 now a Buick as well?

Post by ChiPPy »

I just found these pics on the intimidator site, and the car apears to be badged as a Buick Sporty. I also has a nice lip on the front and back. I hope this stuff becomes available in North America soon.

That is in China. The Optra5 sells as a Buick Sporty in China.

Yeah, I didn't even notice that. In what countries does this model not have projectors? So far I've noticed that Ireland and China don't. Are the projector headlights only in Canada maybe?

Regarding the projection headlamps, it seems only US/CANADA gets projection lamps...the rest of the world has to live with 'standard' edition. Funny...seems like this is the first time ever the north american market gets an option not available in europe...usually its the other way around.

That is strange.

Well, at least all the non North American enthusiasts know that the parts are available, and don't have to wait for after market.

Does the projector have two beams (short and long beam separately) or are they on the same bulb ?
How about leveling, do this projectors have leveling module, too ?
