she called just about 3 minutes ago and told me that her car died earlier this morning and that she thinks its the feul pump.. but the car only has 40k miles on it. i will look at it tomorrow for her so i might need your guys help

HELP HELP>>>> her timing belt broke... damn what a shame!!!! i was wrong on the miles.. it has 53k on it... but still.. damn!!! im not 100% that its busted but its pretty loose so something gave way and she said it died when she was parking...

well you know what that means then, bent valves. hope she has a savings account with money in it. might tell her to hit up ebay to see if there are any valves for cheap on there. well Tom should have all those parts so just go to him since it'll be all from the same source and she won't get raped by dealership prices. plus it'll be from a well known reliable person.

yeah.. she met tom when he was down here.. he dropped off her o2 sensor. i just wish i had the time to fix it for her.. but i dont so she will get raped by the shops here

Don't the Lanos have the same warranty as the Aveo 55,000 miles or 5 years? If so take it to a dealer

nope 3 year 36,000 mile warrantee. wait i'm not sure about engine components though. :roll:

i thought bumper to bumper was 36k miles and drivetrain is 60k?
