i tried to push start my car and a bunch of vacuum lines blew off, it started to adle ~2600 rpm, i popped the hood saw one and hooked it back up, it idled down to about 1200, i found another one undone hooked it up and it went to about 1000, and on my TB there are 3 vaccum line hook-ups the middle one has nothing hooked to it, is this suppesed to be like this, when i plug it it idles lower, it is a 99 lanos hatch

The middle vacuum line on the TB is not supposed to have anything attached, only a rubber plug. The small rubber plug probabally flew off and it is long gone. Try to plug it with some tape or rubber silicone until you can get a better solution.
