is it easy or should it only be done by professional. if anyone has done it feel free to give some instructions, cheers lads

if you don't know what your doing then get a pro to do it. from what i've heard if a spring pops off it can take a knee cap with it.

guess i was wrong. just what i heard anyways never seen it done.

you can always go to autozone or where-ever and get a set of those spring clamps... clamp em down and them slowly release them in place...


should be a pretty easy thing to do if you support the car right

Its relatively easy, with proper tools, ie spring compressor.

If if you do them yourself dont you have to have the car aligned anyway?

on my lanos, the rears were a peice of piss, but the fronts were a bastard.

i would take it somewhere. it aint that pricey.
