17" wheels on Espero ?

Post by rluc »

Hi guys, I'm new on this forum, and I'd like to ask you if you have any idea if 17"wheels will fit on Espero ?
If yes, please tell me what size of tire and wheel, and if you have some pictures, show them please.
Thanks.

the 17" will fit if you got them in the crrect offset... unfortunatly i don't know the offset of an Espero.

if you got stock 175/70/13 or 185/60/14 tires then the tire choises you got are:
205/35/17
215/30/17
225/35/17
235/35/17
245/35/17

those are the sizes that will keep your correct speedo readings, same level of acceleration and top speed.

My original tire size is 185/65/R14, do you think that 215/40/R17 or 205/40/R17 will fit without making other modifications (for example sport suspensions) ?

i found a software that does the calculations and for your setup you should be using either a 205/40/17 or 215/40/17 tire just as you said.

Hey people, I'd like to remember you : if you have any picture with Espero's with wheels bigger than 15" or 16" PLEASE post them, I'm really interested.
