The UD pulley lightens the rotating mass and therefore reduces stress on the engine and frees up horsepower, I believe that 1 lb of rotating mass = 8 lbs or stationary mass, and the stock pulley weighs something like 4 pounds, and the UD pulley weighs less than a pound. Installation is super easy and fairly fool proof for anyone with a bit of mechanical experience.
Racing cams work well but finding a pair is damn near impossible, unless you want to get them custom made or order them from Intimidator for something like $1200 USD. Another option is to send them out to get a company to actually add metal to the cam lobes to mess with the lift and duration for better HP/TQ readings. The prices for this aren't too bad.
Porting/Polishing of the head allows air to enter the engine quicker and with more efficiency and volume than stock, thereby increasing horsepower. A full CAI + big bore throttle body + port/polished intake manifold + port/polished head + aftermarket headers would free up a lot of horsepower, especially in our cars, which I hear can get a lot of horsepower from porting/polishing of the head. Again, prices can get a little high, something like a few hundred dollars per hour at a flow bench with professional doing the work.
A wet nitrous system is safer than a dry nitrous system, but make sure you have a well breathing engine before installing either. Meaning CAI, 2.25 exhaust and if possible, light porting of the intake and exhaust manifolds (or go for a custom header). This would be for the best safety and and increase in power.
A combination of these (will probabally drain your bank account) but also will make for a hell of a fast car.
