From what I remember, some newer Daewoos are badged as Buicks in the Far East. Even the tiny Matiz was going to be badged as a Buick and for a while, they were thinking about releasing the Suzuki Verona (Daewoo Magnus, Eagle, etc.) in the US as a Buick. I guess it makes sense because people in China are now the #2 buyers for cars...after America. And I guess that they really like the idea of driving American cars so GM is putting their Chevrolet and Buick badges on just about everything. Still kinda funny though, when I think Buick I think "Gigantic car that hasn't been washed in a year doing 20 under the limit in the fast lane with a blinker on and a 90 year old lady with those giant driving sunglasses driving it"...ick...to me, they're always gonna be old people cars.

i think the buick logo looks out of place on that...

but...

if it came to america, i'd buy it and then re-badge it appropriately... no harm done

i really like the look of that. i don't guess i've taken time to look at the lancetti too much... i want one though...

I keep forgetting too. I think im going to build an air dam this summer, at least i plan to but who knows if i will.. its kinda alot of work and w/ my luck ill hit it on a curb in a parking lot and have to redo it.

I really wish i knew the weight in general, i REALLY wish i had the corner weights.

I think this is the first 5spd manual buick ever made. I don't think there are any that are manual. Buick and manual transmission just do not go together.
