no no, that was the port groupings

the tubing is 1.25" round tube with a .125 wall thickness...

it's equal to the surface area of the turbo flange.

Just take off your exhaust manifold gasket, trace it to a piece of hard paper and get the approximate measurements of the actual width of the mounting flange, etc. From this you can get the most accurate readings and make the most accurate headers. It shouldn't take you more than an hour doing it, all the bolts are easily reachable and there isn't more than maybe 12-15 of them.

if it is a metal gasket, you can reuse it as long as you dont separate the metal sandwitch form.

As far as I know, it is metal, so reusing it should be an issue.
