Hopefully pics are going to be on the way!
MY CRAZY ASS MECHANIC FINISHED THE JOB IN 2 DAYS!!!!!
Minor Things Left!
2 Days and the car will be running
the engine is a moded C20XE with 220 HP ESSTIMATE!!! non-turbo with headers, light flywheel, Cool Ram Air, Somethings still trying to find out, ECU chip and an racing airfilter
Pictures will be posted but not of the making TOOK THE DUDE 2 DAYS!!
The CAR IS HANGING SO LOW ON THE WEIGHT OF THE ENGINE!!!
ESSTIMATED 0-100 is 4.6 to 5.6 seconds!! JUMPS!!
the conversion is a perfect fit nothing cut but needs strut bars to keep body intact at high speedZ !!
HOPE IT RUNS GREAT!! 2 days till the big day!!

Im the second to do this conversion on the post, EFRIAN IS THE MASTER MIND OF IT! plus he aint a c20xe hes what he calls a HOPEL (HONDA OPEL HYBRID)

SO EXCITED !

im really thinking of the 20LET turbo conversion for my lanos.
if its done, i`ll pass by in sept. to have a little race with u :wink:

220HP are very optimistic and 0-100, too. if you want mor than 200HP with the XE you need very hot camshafts and a perfekt motormangment. anyhow i think you are still one of the fastes daewoo of the world :twisted:

i wish i am the fastest WORLD WIDE!!
the HP i cant belive my self but the sponser and the mechanic got a deal going saying that LESS THAN 210 HP then the engine is going dowqn and the mechanic gets nothing AND THE MECHANIC SAYS HE IS UP TO THE DEAL! so i trust him (He Is In An Imbarising Situation If He Was Lying :P )
and what makes the HP so big is WAT I WISH I KNOW!! might be the cams as u said!!

Now the engine is running but still causing cutting! CANT FIND OUT Y YET
electrition goin crazy the car is going to take a long time but I LOVE ITS SOUND!!
if any body knows or has an idea y the cutting on the engine happens please tell me NEED BRAIN STORMING!

ok the engine is seriously clean since it ran first of all with no probs but when the electrician started working with the wirings the car started cutting and rpm isnt stable BUT DOSNT TURN OFF, the exhuast gives out seriously black smog and it sounds chocked! so its an electrical prob!!! we didnt change the last pump which my mechanic says it is giving out TOO MUCH GAS, but still it shouldnt make the rpm go low and high !

it can do that... if it messed up you air\fuel ratio then this will cause rough idling.

was it running perfictly before the electrition started digging on it?? if so then he might messed something up by accedent... revise all sockets going to the sensors and also vacuum lines and all.

do you have a CEL??

Check Engine Light... the orange light with the engine shape at your dashboard... is that light on while the car is running??

it means, you have still your old daewoo fuelpump? it is unimportant if the pump is to big for the engine. the fuelpressure will regulate by a fuel-pressure-valve. black smoke tells me, that the mixture is to fat. maybe the sensor for the engine-temp is not connected or damage. the XE have 2 temp-sensors. one for the cokcpit (one pole) and a second for the engine controller ( 2 pole). look at the sparks and you see how the mixture is.

Lights aint conected yet !
the car is BARE! everything on it was disconected to be reconected in a perfect way! BUT THIS IS THE PRICE TO PAY FOR PERFECTION :evil:

well... unless the light is functional, we are all blind here.

we need to know if their is a CEL, if so then scan it and get the code and you will know your problem... if their is no CEL then we can rule out lots of things knowing that they work fine (or else they would have triggered a CEL). so untill you hook every thing up in a proper way it is just a hard game of guessing here.

the engine is running 60% now having little electrical probs, 1 day or 2 left !! CANT WAIT!
drove it FAST AS HELL and i belive it has torque willing to take out almost any car in jordan!!! lets just keep the porsche out of this :P!
anyway i saw the out comes on EfrianZ car and its hot !!!
