exhaust header ?

On the 1.6 which exhaust lines are tied together as in a full lenth header

Cyl
4 3 2 1
pass drivers side


which ones go together?
Aveo that moves! Now I need those cams!

I would say tie 1-2 together and 3-4 together.

The reasoning is 1-4 fire at the same time (waste spark) and 3-4 fire at the same time (waste spark)

on so many headers i saw the 1 and 4 tied together and 2 and 3 tied together.

on the spart side of things it goes 1/4 2/3 so you would think that you would want 1/3 2/4 togehter for a nicer look but 1/2 3/4 would work just as good

if you're wanting the best performance possible out of the header, just make sure all the pipes are the same length, or be sure to add equalizing tubes...
