Those who ported exhaust manifold
Just a ? for those who ported out there exhaust manifold. What did you use to port it with, would a dremel tool be good enough. what kind of boring bit?
Aveo that moves! Now I need those cams!

I looked at mine and the port are just about matched I can probably take a mm all the way around the port. the big restriction is where the runner collect. the port on the cat is like 2.75" but the bottom of the manifold is like a 1.5" problem is you can't grind any out because the flange would fall off the manifold. Man these ex manifolds are really restrictive on the Aveo. I don't know about the Lanos. I think the Aveo would get huge gain up top with a header. I'll get some pics tommorow for you guys

This might be a stupid question, what do you mean ported out the exhaust manifold, what are the benefits?
