older subs and such

so... i've inhiereted some rockford fosgate punch subs from a friend of mine. they are the old school version, 12 inch. does anyone know the right box size for these? also, what would be a good, yet CHEAP amp to hook them in with? i'm thinking of mounting them in a box underneath my rear strut bar (to cover the bar, create a nice shape, and use the bar as a structure to build the box on)... any input?

You'll need to look up the specs with the model number of the subs. It should be written on the back of the subs somewhere
