probably I will spend just 300.00 in make a fiberglass hood. So for me works...

one of the things we joke about here at school is that for every 100 pounds you drop off a car, you gain a 100th of a second on your 1/4 mile et.

as for those of us who like the track... i bet you'd notice a large increase in understeer from lack of weight on the front wheels... 30 pounds isn't a ton of weight, but it would be noticeable, i'm sure.

fiberglass would be a better option than cf, but i still think there are easier ways to make your ride unique and give you power (or power/weight).

maybe when i get done with the interior of my car i will try to do a hood.. i dont see it being hard but thats because i work with fiberglass alot.. lately anyways

make a fiberglass hood and attach one of those carbon fiber vinyl decals to it :lmao:
