I wouldn't mould in the whole monitor cause you will have some real problems when something isn't right with it. You would have to brake the whole fibreglass console to get it out. I would do it like a mouldet at the back and opened at the front and than a fibreglass cover for the front. That way u have access to it all the time!
I love the end results (if they come out the way you want) but the fumes are just awful.
I'm SOOOO glad I don't work in a fiberglass mold form factory any more!!
Imagine working the 130F/55C degree curing bay with all those fumes while in a chemical suit! Good thing I only had to do that 2 times a week.

Sounds like a good way to loose weight. Sweating your ass off in the chem suit while you hunger is suppressed by the smell.

I was skinny back then! LOL
Maybe I should work part time at that job again just to lose some weight.
