the little window on the drivers side on my lanos hatch rattles like crazy, has this happened to anyone, any ideas on how to stop it, thanks

yea its closed properly, it has somethin to do with the black metal/ plastic thing that sits on window next to door when door closed, it has 3 bolts but cant take em out for some reason, i think this is the source.
