hi flow resonator

I want to put a hi flo w cat and a hi flow resonator (don't want a empty pipe), well some onw is selling me a 2? hi flow resonator in 25.00 but the nubi exhaust pipe is 2". Can I use it or no? It can give me problems even if is a hi flow?

yea 9/10 you'll be able to use it.... although If i were you i'd stick with Magnaflow. Although i Like Megan Racing Mufflers better than magnaflow i think they make the Best HF Cats and resonators.

just like there's silicon reducers in intakes i'm sure theres connectors for exhausts.... they used one for my exhaust on my lanos.

Most exhaust shops have a pipe expander that they use to increase the diameter of a pipe so it can fit over the next piece. Perhaps they can expand it by the 1/4 inch to fit this resonator.

about the expander I know that the exhaust muffle of my car is piger that the 2" eom pipe so the usa that. But in that case is the final area....

Well let move with the other question.... If the catalitic is a little bigguer ?, I can no have problem like with the resonator?

Final project so you can understand me:

-same oem 2" pipe
-2 hi flow cat (under the car the firs cat will be move back, because I will put a header)
-resonator hi flow (to keep the noise down)
-mufle hi flow, all ready have it.
-header

Hope to get 10hp to 12hp to the engyne and 5 to 7 to the wheel with this. What do you think?
