Thank you very much for the info. Now did anyone notice how much room there was between the radiator and the exhaust manifold... hmmm room for turbo... hmm... ;)

Did you use the C20XE to swap in?

So have we confirmed that the only difference between the C20XE and C20LET is the head? It may make more sense to just buy the C20XE here in the US and find the 16v head in the UK. Any anyone confirm this?

you seem to be confused...

the C20XE is a 2.0 DOHC 16v 150 HP(CR around 10:5:1)

Image

The C20LET a 2.0 DOHC 16v turbo 240hp (CR around 8:5:1)

Image

as u can see... these engines are fitted to on Opels... looks like your engine bay... RIGHT?

the C20E a 2.0 SOHC 8v 160HP@175lbs.ft@torque (CR around 8:5:1) this is the one found on the Pontiac Sunbird turbo

this is Gsiturbo engine:

your right I was pointing in the wrong direction there.
I meant the C20E (which is in the sunbird here in the US). This is the 8v version on the C20LET correct? Is there anything else different other than the head between these two?
