Sirius satellite radio

My friend gave me a Sirius satellite radio yesterday that has about 6 months of service remaining on it's contract.

Wow that thing is nice! I drove 4 hrs home from his house listening to it and it didn't once fade out or lose signal.

The good:
-You always have signal & the songs you listen to don't fade out.
-No commercials
-Constant information about the song/artist
- 181 channels of music, news, sports & entertainment like comedians, audio books & talk radio.

The bad:
-Not as clean sounding as a CD, although this is because I am using an FM modulated receiver & not a direct input.
- Is there anything else bad??

The only problem is, I may enjoy it so much, I'll end up PAYING for the service! LOL
