Door Handle Broke! HELP!!!

The driver's side door handle on my 1999 Lanos SX Sedan broke, it is a fairly cheap part on gm-car-parts.com but they only sell Hatchback Handles. It should be the same part, is it?

I am pretty sure it is the same part.
It is less expensive to make 1 part and use on both cars, rather than make a different part for each car when one will fulfil the need.
Car makers (usually) know that they can save a little money by using the same part on different lines of the same car; it only makes sence.

Can someone get a close up, detailed photo of the Lanos sedan door handle and post it on here?

Sorry for the poor detail in the photo, I took that pic in the garage and the lighting was poor, so it came out grainy and not very clear.

I'm sure if you look at one of the 1000's of pictures of shauns car

one should have the handle in it.

Right, thats the same thing I have on the Sedan, but after the Aveo Ignition Coil Fiasco, I want to be sure that I have the right part this time.

i hereby confirm that the door handle on a sedan is the same as the door handle of a hatch back.
