My new rims ( for my Optra 5 )

Post by PrecisionBoost »

Well... I did it.... I finally ordered some rims for my car.

The are on their way here from the USA.... they are Centerline Excel Rims.

Ultra light One piece rotary forged 18" X 7" in a 4 X 114.3mm bolt pattern with a 42mm offset.

The 17 X 7" are about 15lbs so I'm guessing the 18's I ordered should be about 16.5 lbs each.

Now I just have to find a good deal on some 215/35/18 Toyo T1-S tires.

Those are hot... hopefully you wouldn't have a big wheel gap, otherwise it would feel weird. How much did you pay for them, if not a secret?

If he told you, he would have to kill you. :P LOL

Those look really good! Can't wait to see them installed.

Have you picked out which tires you will put on them?

Well....I bought them directly from Centerline.

Normally they retail for about $350 USD per rim but since they are a discontinued stock I got them for $159 USD per rim.

They are the last set in my size/bolt pattern

Well..... go to http://www.centerlinewheels.com and click on "wheel deals" and you can find your own kick ass deal.

I searched under a 4 bolt honda accord because it has the same bolt pattern as my Optra.

For a Lanos or Nubira you could use a 4 bolt honda civic since most models had a 4X100 pattern

The Centerline "sport compact RPM" wheels are insane.... a 17" rim only weighs 15 lbs!
