Hi to all,
This is my first post so please be gentle with me.
Abour 8 months ago I thought the batteries had gone in my remote key fob, so I replaced them. It didn't work. I have just been locking the car up with the keys.
So now it's really peeing me off for some reason. I tried the suggested method of getting the transmitter to talk to the receiver, and nothing. Anyone have any suggestions why the remote locking wont work?
The LED in the fob lights and the flashing light in the dash appears to be telling me the imobiliser is working.
All help appreciated.

i had similar problem with my remote... for some reason the frequency that is beeing communicated between the remote and the unit in the car variates.
the remote got some sort of frequency adjuster inside it... most probably in the shape of a screw, try to turn it a little bit clock wise or anti clock wise till you get responce from the car.

Thanks for the info.....but....
Thanks for the information but my key fob has no adjuster, it is completely electronic. I have a feeling I am going to have to part with some green backs and take it to a dealer.
