Once you remove the exisiting dashboard, you will end up with this (Leganza dash on the picture):

Press down the black tabs, then insert a screwdriver between the housing and lightly spread apart. Repeat for all the tabs.

Lift off the cluster cover and set aside. This is a good time to clean up the inside glass too.

Carefully lift off the needle stop pegs. If required, wobble lightly from side to side while lifting up. I suggest to put them in a box with a lid (dont ask

Once the pegs are removed, all the needles will move down, and stop.
IMPORTANT!!!! - mark the relative position of the needle towards the housing. Otherwise, none of the gauges will read properly. On the picture below you can see blue line, with a pen pointing towards it. Note the alignment with the gauge needle.

Carefully lift up each needle. This may be tricky, but can be done. I used two scredrivers underneath on each side to help lift them up. Be careful to lift only UP, not sideways!! UP UP UP!!!

Carefully remove old dials. They are glued to the backing plate, but are quite easy to lift-off. Do not hurry.

Once all the faces are removed, the cluster will look somewhat like this:
![Image](http://members.shaw.ca/dynamics360/360/White/PICT0262.jpg)
Place new dials, using supplied tape to attach them to the backing. Ensure the tape does not cover any numbers that are to lit up.

The problem of white needles can be see here - you cannot really see white on white... This is where our special markers come handy. Place masking tape on the black base of the needle, before using the marker.

We found the openings for the needle pegs were slightly too large - we used a drop of paper glue to keep them in place, yet to allow for easy removal.

And the finished product...

It took us about 45 minutes to swap the dials. And we did not have a chance to see how they look lit up, as we dont have a Leganza. We will try to figure something out tommorow.
