There are many security bolts of all sized available.
If you know the thread size & angle, you can order them on line or find them at a local fastener & security bolt store near you. They are usually located in an industrial section of town. I know of one in Norfolk near my house because I have security screws holding my stereo in with a fabticated metal frame around it.

If you dont need to take them out agian, weld them in place! LOL
Seriously, security bolts use a special key, like a security screw or a smaller version of anti-theft lug bolts for a wheel.
To get an idea, look here: http://www.tamperproof.com/

delphis wrote:hey post some pics of those seats! I want to either recover my stock seats with leather and stuff them with better cushioning or just get some new ones depeneding on what will be cheaper.
I'll post some when i get both the seats in..
Well what do you wnat the seats for? Looks? or do you race?
If you just want looks stuffing it and all that MIGHT be cheaper.. but then again if you dont need them for racing you can find some nice seats for cheap
thanks alot guys!

I spent alot of money on one.. but it doesnt matter. If someone want the seats they could get them anyways. It takes 2 seconds to get in a car.. 2 mins to get each seat out. With two guys they can get my seats and go in wayy under 5 mins

What about some horrible seat covers? A big baggy Spongebob seat cover over your expensive seats will make a thief not even want to look at it.
I think it is better to disguise the seats than taking the risk of someone breaking your window or wrecking your doors to get inside only to find out the seats can't be removed, then he might get pissed and take it out on your car.
Just my two cents.

LOL It's kind of like putting a fake cassette player with cassette over your super expensive cd receiver unit (OZ's idea).BosnianLanos wrote:What about some horrible seat covers? A big baggy Spongebob seat cover over your expensive seats will make a thief not even want to look at it.

If a thief sees something he wants, he will try to get it.
If he looks in your car and sees nothing he wants, he walks on to the next car.
Safety by concealment.
