If you have the photos on your web space provided by your internet service, then you will just use the IMG tag and put the address in between the tags.

Example:
[img]the%20http%20address[/img]
Remember the http address looks something like this: http://www.host.com/image.jpg

If you do not have the pictures uploaded, you can go to the Album and upload the photos in there.
