Hi there
I've recently purchased a Nexia - complete with non working radio. When I pulled the radio out to have a look I found that the cars wire housing / plug had been completely removed leaving nothing but a bunch of wires who's colours don't seem to match up to the colours on a standard / iso conection.
Anybody know what the different colour wires on the nexia conform to on the standard iso layout?

Wow, that is always an awful thing to find.
If you can not find the wiring colour codes, it is not hard to just run new seperate wiring for the radio.
The wires that are needed are:
Battery constant positive +
Switched positive + (turns on with the ignition being turned on)
Ground/Earth negative -
left and right front speraker leads, + and -
left and right rear speaker leads, + and -
That is a total of 7 wires to connect, which is not difficult installation.
Good luck!
