What happens when you mess up with a BMW M3

Post by MMamdouh »

Hi guys... just a quick idea about what will happen if you mess up with the wrong car...especially if it is a BMW M3.

Wow....impressive

But also this is what happens on a badly designed turbo conversion pushing too much. This should be a lesson, and a warning, to everyone exceeding specifications of any turbokit.

I would much rather learn from the mistakes of others.

you are right Tom...seems like the piston was opposing so much force while going up then the first part that gave away was the piston in the area under the piston rings guides, seems that this area have an inherent weakness just like the area between the valve's head and rod.

the lower part of the piston along with the wrist pin couldn't find anyway up but thought the block which ruined the engine, the way the block and piston looks when they were taken off the car shows that their was way too much boost in that engine.

Maybe also revving the engine hard at the stop light contributed to that damage, the engine was heated too much with no sufficient air coming through the radiator to cool it off then followed by hard acceleration... all that contributed to heating up the engine and made engine damage more attainable

Video should be retitled "When Gay Men Race".

"OH MY GOSH...WAS THAT YOUR ENGINE?"

"THERES THE PISTON, THATS PRETTY"

Not to mention the dude's fingernail.

Well, anyway, if the guy actually was careful, the M3 didn't have a chance, but with $3000 of damage, I doubt he will be racing anymore.

Nice video.

Don't worry guys, daddy probably just bought him a new Porsche to replace that piece of crap BMW that blew an engine. *shakes head* You just can't trust cheap cars like new BMWs. LOL **
