Now I was thinking in add 4 racing seats. 2 fron 2 back. How I can put the rear seats. Any tip? I have a pic if a protege 5 with them the owner make a custome center between the seats in fiber glass, and add a monitor... I dont want the monitor but the idea idea is cool. what you can tell me about it.

you would just need to have custom brackets made and you would have to probably have to either get shorter seats or cut off the top. i know in my lanos there is a step looking deal for the back seats. so regular racing seats would be too high.
i've been thinking about doin that too but my first set of seats were stolen and i just haven't thought about buying more yet.

well even in those usually back seats are mounted higher. just check. see how the back are mounted or should i say if they're mounted higher than the front.

or do you know what when you look at it try to imagine or even measure the front seats and then see if they would fit in the back.

We will have some bucket racing seats coming here pretty soon. I'll ask Erfinder if he would allow to temporarily remove the rear seats, and do a 'test fit' on the Optra 5. I can also do the same with Leganza.

But definitely, you will need custom brackets.

i checked it with my seats.. you have to have them bolted to the back with no sliders or brackets that make it any higher then the seat its self..

after i got done looking at it i didnt really like it though... they seemed.. not right, so i thought of a new plan... just wait till you see my new idea

the idea of use the front seat on the back is good

360 dinamics. the proble if I buy the seat fron you guys is the shipping cost. Probably it eill be more than 100.00 for a pair + the cost of the seat.

I can buy a tenzo seat for 200 e/a or some APC for 150.00 if I'm not wrong. I will check this sunday the price.

Since the gas tank is right under the rear seats that is why they are raised so high. You will need a low cushion/low back bucket seats if ya want it to look right.
