Anyone have a lower front brace?

Post by subachad »

After filling in a motor mount, installing some polyurethane sway bar bushings and building a rear strut tower brace, I would really like to stiffen the front some more. I am not going to fill in the motormount on the passenger side because it's too much work to get out. I will fill the rear motor mount though... possibly tonight.

Has anyone built a front lower brace? I'm thinking it can connect from the control arms and go to the front with a cross brace connecting the two together. I don't want to lose any ground clearance though. Any pictures would be great.

Also, anyone know the part numbers for the front polyurethane control arm bushings?

I believe Vic found one from England. I believe it was him.
Someone linked me to one that might fit. Of course I don't have that link any longer.
