Removed my backseat some time ago(on my sunbird) because I am redoing my system. Anyway, I take out the seat bottom and this is what I find by the driver's side rear seat belt anchor...
Anyone have this problem? Electrolysis from the power wire.

Well, I tried to take the torx bolt out so that I could clean and inspect it. She isn't budging at all. So I cleaned off all the rust and electrolysis, and checked the anchor again. It doesn't seem to be weakened so after I cleaned it I sprayed it with some battery terminal protectant spray. It has been like that for 2 weeks now and that powerdery white stuff hasn't come back.

Are you sure you didn't spill a bag of sugar back there?
Had any friends sitting in that seat with a leaking bag of cocaine in their pocket? LOL
I've never seen anything like that before.
Have you checked to make sure the plastic on the power wire is not cut or rubbed through and there are no holes anywhere in that area?
