This is a tough question.... the best thing to do is go to a trustworthy wheel and tire shop and have them measure the clearance.
I'd like to go with 18 X 7.5 or larger so I'm going to have to get the clearance checked.
I have to wait until 360Dynamics gets my Apex lowering springs as the clearance will be totally different once they are installed.
The device they use bolts onto your studs and they can use different wheel diameters.
They can then move the suspension up and down and find the maximum/minimum offset as well as the maximum width.
I was thinking about making one but as usual I have next to no spare time.

okay i've been wondering about this as well to a point. like if i have 17x7 rims can i put the eibach lowering springs on or is it not possible. i think i read somewhere that if you have 17's then its not likely. i just need some input b/c if thats the case i'll get 16's later on.

I have 17x7 on now with RS-R down springs (1.2inch drop) and no problems at all. I put 6 people in the car (including me) and i just had to be carfull of bumps.
Im trying to sell my wheels if your intrested look in the classifieds section of the forum. Then i will be going with 18x7.5 and ill let you all know how those work out with the lowering springs.
