air sensor relocation

i recently bought a pod filter and i was told i had to relocate the air sensor. does any 1 know where the air sensor is and where to relocate it to???

the air sensor is in the air tube going to the engine... if you are planing on yust putting the pob on teh tube under the hood you dont need to relocate it at all

if your planing on making a new slicker tube (or got a metal one) you will need to make a hole in the new tube and install the sensor in it again or your cars computer will go in safe mode(less power more gas use)

Or buy a choco chip, and that way you don't have to relocate your air sensor.

well thats right but also note you will use more gas when you use that chip... personaly i wouldnt mind more power=more gas use (in most cases)

Yea it is pretty bad with gas. On average without aggressive driving I've managed 35mpg (that's shifting at 3k on average). But if you like aggressive driving.... man I wasted 1/4 tank in 1 hr once... drove a few miles...

35mpg? can you calirify what that means btw? over here we talk in liters per 100km

my car uses 10-11.5l/100km (agressive driving) but i dont have a clue what mpg is?

Ive never managed 35 mpg with my Forenza. I wish i could say that was bad.

mpg is how many miles you travel per one galon of fuel
