Ahh ok, so that means the cylinder walls would have to be machined. I was kinda hoping maybe that diameter was with the pistons rings on or something. I assume there would be a specialist tool to machine the cylinder walls and this would probably not be something i could do myself :\. I've been watching a tonne of instructional videos on pulling engines apart etc in trying to prepare for this. Most of which have been from Australian youtube channels, though i have no idea on machining or boring. Thanks for pointing out that forums post, i didnt see that one so i kinda assumed based on the Nubira intake setup that it wouldn't be possible. Do you think there would be much improvement given the diameter goes from 50mm->60mm, i would have thought the remainder of the intake manifold would have negated any effects.

depends on what your powerband goal is

Mid to high range given that's where you keep the revs for the majority of the rally. But i really don't want losses anywhere in the rev range.
