Leganza breather hoses

Hi I have a 2000 Leganza and it needs new breather hoses. Has anyone found a suitable replacement for these? Is there another vehicle that has a similar hose? I worked on an 05 Suzuki Reno today and noticed it had a new breather hose that was made in Australia. I would like to find an inexpensive replacement.

did you see the make of the hose on the reno?

The big hose is the one I really need. I did not see the brand on the reno just that it was made down under. I can't find a listing in any of the aftermarket parts catalogs. I am doing a head job to this so I want to fix everything professionally.

the front one or the back one?

my car is buried in snow right now but there is a big one on the valve cover that is bad. I would probably need to do both of them. I also have a 2001 Lanos that I would like to source these hoses on.
