OK so I had the Corsa on the dyno today - Only managed to get to 1.6bar boost( 252WKW/480NM) as Wallbro fuel pump (255LPH) could not keep up with fuelling demand.
Will add Bosch 044 pump later this week and re-dyno car
Nothing is impossible....it just costs more!!!!\
No matter how much money you spent on ur car.....there will always be sombode FASTER!!!!
Looking good... I still can't believe you are having such luck with those F18 gearboxes handling that amount of torque. My D20's must have been made with glass gears lol

I did not get to the point where I had to worry too much about running out of fuel ( severe clutch failure @ 0.7Bar )
I am curious how much fuel pressure you were using with the Walbro ?
I remember reading that the Bosch 044 is a pretty reliable upgrade after the Walbro wont meet demand, but I thought the 255LPH pumps were usually good to roughly 400hp.

Hi bud.
We are running 3bar fuel pressure on the Wallbro and rising to 5bar at 2 bar boost.
The Wallbro kept up till around 393 HP on the flywheel - thats when it ran a bit short.
I am feeding the in tank Wallbro directly into the Bosch 044 pump now and redynod the car - we got to 312KW on the wheels and we then ran out of injector capabillity....so now I fitted a Precision 61/57 turbo and some 1200cc injectors. Will keep you posted on the dyno results
