Negative probe must be connected to the place of black wire on my connector.
But there should be no significant difference if neg probe is placed on minus battery but it's not recommended for measurement accuracy.
Of course measurements done with connector in place!

I believe that everything was the same in my car as well. Black wire was 0V. So

That's good.
Consider vacuum leak somewhere if idle stays high.
Thanks Daniel for all your help. Do you think moving the throttle screw a little bit down can help?
On my engine the throttle screw is (factory) set for a clearance at idle of 0.1mm (thickness of a paper sheet) between butterfly and throttle body. Two sheets don't pass.

If throttle screw is set too low, the engine stalls again and again but if I adjust it only a bit higher, it runs beautifully at a low rpm. Now my car is running smoothly and idling quietly.
Thanks Daniel for your effort and time you gave me to solve my two important issues: no power in the morning and high idle.
