Originally ran with a Garrett GT2860RS, Tial turbine housing and Tial MV-R external wastegate but the turbo was WAY to small. Still made 230KW's or there about's at the front wheels

Hi AussieGman - nice ride and like Benzino says...well pretty much everything looks awesome!
What boost you running bud - with all the work you have done on the engine I was surprised to see only 280KW at the wheels so I am assuming you are running fairly low boost I am guessing around 1 to 1.2 bar?? Also what gearbox are you running on the car?? I am thinking this build would be able to run around 450KW on the wheels reliably if boosted properly - around 2.5bar :p

Also I see your dyno graphs does not indicate RPM....this is unusual as RPM to me is more important than road speed - you know - to see what rev range maximum power is delivered??

What is the maximum revs that the car can run up to with all the fancy cylinder head mods?? - My standard Daewoo head with 358 000KM on is still managing 7500RPM effortlessly so I am curious as to what RPM your head is rated at and what you limiting your RPM at?? This is of interrest to me as this(cylinder head work) would be my next step in upping the power on my ride.

Keep us posted on any progress please and again nice work!!!! ;)

Well its making a little more now.

Around 325kw or 435hp ATFW's. Which is about 395kw's or 525hp at the flywheel. There's more in it but i need bigger injectors which are coming. Boost is well under 2.5bar.RPM's are limited to 8000rpm.

Major limiting factors are the oil pump (thinking of going to a dry sump system) as I am worried about the pump gears exploding and it is seriously pressurizing the crankcase as the dip stick keeps blowing out. SO i'm having the the cam cover and crank case breathers re-done with a new system that might help.

Also being hydraulic lifters ATM, too high RPM and they will pump up and throw the clearances out. They are "race" versions, but to push further I'll need solid lifters.

The other issue it the harmonic balancer. If I'm going to run it much higher, I want a proper balancer on the crank, not the billet underdrive pulley I have now.

Awesome bud - please keep us posted on the progress :D

I am sure you should see the 400WKW mark soon :D
