Jorge
i would like to ask you how the clutch fial at 5000RPM? and what is the reason of that? if that because it's a stock, why don't you replace it with a sport clutch so you can increase your RPM and gain more power, if i got it in a right way!!

will the leganza 2.0 or 2.2 header fit to my 1.6 lanos? is it the exact same dimensions? will it be a better choice? i can see it has wider exhaust paths!

i don't think you can do this swap... the ports are different

you can make sure by comparing manifold gaskets at your local car parts shop

haha, why?

the 1.6 16v manifold isn't that bad.

I could probably make you an adapter plate to mount the turbo to the stock manifold with no welding.

will the adaptor be just a plate? or it will be a short tube with a flange from each side? or do you think what Jorge do is workable, he just change the bolts places in manifold and direct attach the td04l to it? here is his setup photo:

please explain it, or just let us know is it something like these plates:

or like this:

give me your opinion as soon so we can decide before the e-manage leave your place.

just to ke the turbo higher than the oil pan I would just make a flat plate like the one in the first two pics.

I try to only use Vibrant Performance flanges because I think they are the highest quality available but they're expensive. mild steel T25 discharge is $36.00. stainless T25 discharge is $62.00.

I'm sure there are less expensive options. just make sure you stay away from cast steel flanges which are the most common on ebay. the discharge flange in that pic is cast steel with a chrome plate finish. they tend to crack easily.

I was going to shop off the package today but if you want some other things I can combine the shipping. I would have to add a little but it would probably be less than doing seperate shipping.

here is egypt the outlet flange will cost me 50LE (around 9USD) mild steel Check here

isn't it strange to use a manifold made from cast iron and warn me from using cast iron flanges?

do you think using mild steel adapter from you (with some discount for your old customer) will be a good option or i will have to go fully stainless steel?

if the adapter is ready made can we see a photo for it? i always believe that photos talks better
