get a K&N filter code RF-1047 and install it in the area behind the bumper to stay away from hot air in the engine bay

toy would have to remove the air box and resonator as well... fairly easy job

can use a stainless pipe or a PVC pipe to reduce cost

Be careful with the filter at bumper height to not drive too fast in a pool or your engine will drink water.

Yeah that's true. I did think about it and decided to keep it where the box would of been and I'm just going to try and run a pipe coming from the fog light in the bumper an hopefully that will give me good air flow.

just keep the filter level above the fog light hole... i think this is high enough unless you live in a "usually flooded" area
