Nubira has trouble starting when cold

When the car is cold it has trouble starting it keeps wind untill it eventually start when it does start it almost stalls i have to give it some revs to keep it from stalling but it only has this problem at cold start when the car is warm i can turn it off and back on and has no problem so i was just wondering if anybody could give me any ideas what the problem is so i can fix it
