Some injector flow rates:

Code: Select all

Displ Flow(lbs/hr) @press psi (kPa) Impedance (High / Low)
2000 19 43.5 (300) H
2200 19 43.5 (300) H
Note: The same injector is used in both engines from 1999 until 2002. It is also used in many other GM vehicles in the US. You might find more specs for cars from other regions at go.delphi.com

Sorry, haven't checked here in a while.

Convert lbs/hr to cc/min by multiplying lbs/hr * 10.5. 19 lb/hr is about a 200cc injector.

well... their are two options when it comes to the 2.0 & 2.2 engines and BOSCH injectors

you can use the 0280150415 green top injectors with 190 cc/min
Image

or use the 0280150714 yellow top injectors with 214 cc/min
Image

out of experience the yellow top were a bit too big for the 2.0 engine... the green ones are working fine

and to add more information to this post... i have used the 0280150715 blue top injectors with 150 cc/min on the 1.5 and 1.6 engines and they are superb

this subject interested me and I did a bit of research and found the X20XEV injectors were 220cc... do you think they'd be running higher fuel pressures? maybe
