Does anybody know whether there exist a scan tool that can do Crankshaft variation learning or ecu flashing on 2000 Lanos.

Scan-100 Tool is hard to find in the US. Is Tech2 able to do that?

These are expensive tools usually owned by the Daewoo dealerships in a parallel universe.

Does anybody know a manual way of performing Crankshaft learning on Daewoo cars?

How do you guys handle these issues when you replace the ECU or the Crankshaft sensor?

I still could not solve my high idle problem. These are my desperate attempts to resuscitate my car.
